This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website(s) http://www.redgate.org.uk (“our site(s)”, “the site(s)”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Information about us
The site(s) are operated by Redgate Associates Ltd ("We", “Us”, “Our”).  We are registered in England and Wales under company number 5889973 and have our registered office at Unit 4, The Glades Business Centre, Forum Road, Nottingham NG5 9RW.  Our VAT number is 888 9034 61.
We operate as both an employment business and an employment agency and also as a Construction and Property Consultant and are subject to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and the RICS Terms of Business and Code of Ethics
Accessing our site(s)
Access to our site(s) is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site(s) without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site(s) is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site(s), or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We will use your information and the subsequent information we collect about you, to create a database. This database and the information it contains will be used by the Redgate Associates Ltd and their clients for the purpose of assessing your suitability, qualifications, and skills not only for current work assignments but also for work assignments which we think may be of interest to you in the future.
We may also use your information (or give your information to other organisations to use) to keep you informed by email, telephone and/or mail about future work opportunities, industry updates and additional products and services which we consider may be of interest to you and to conduct research and compile reports.
By responding to our subsequent enquires you are deemed to consent to our processing personal data about you where necessary for the above purposes, including the processing of any sensitive personal data about you.

Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our site(s) by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site(s), the server on which our site(s) is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site(s). You must not attack our site(s) via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.
